Party Hosting – FOOD OPTIONS

To accompany your party setting, the winery offers a selection of buffet-style meals, nibbler trays and cupcakes. These options are procured from outside commercial sources, transported at food-safe temperatures and styled by our staff. This allows you to walk on to your party setting with all of the food ready for presentation.

Nibbler Trays

This colorful assortment of proteins, veggies and fruit is available and appropriate for any season. Each tray is served chilled and will feed up to 20 people. Create your own combination of trays with no minimums. Disposable table service is included.
$35 each

  • Meat and Cheese Cubes – ham, turkey, beef stick, Colby and Monterey Jack
  • Sliced Cheeses with assorted crackers and pretzels
  • Veggies and herbal dip
  • Seasonal Fruit
  • Fiesta Bean Dip with bowl of tortilla chips (Vegan requests omit sour cream and cheese and add avocado.)
  • Mediterranean Dips – hummus, bruschetta, olive tapenade with pita chips and crusty bread
  • S’mores Kit available in several different formats: original packaging, nibbler tray, or several family-size clamshells. Wooden (burnable) roasting sticks are included.

Charcuterie for Two

You can add a custom nibbler tray to your “Table for Two” setting by requesting up to three specific ingredients and we will fill in the rest for a complete spectrum of sweet and savory. $40

Cupcakes

Big cakes are dramatic but prone to disaster. We strongly recommend individual cupcakes for a less-messy and more-sanitary presentation. Our porcelain tiers make for an elegant display and allow ease of reach. Standard cupcakes are vanilla cake with white whippy icing and pearl crystals.

Buffet Meals

The menu for buffet-style meals is built around fun and familiar foods that allow people to relax and enjoy. Hot items are served in chafing dishes. Chilled items are served over an ice base. Guests may serve themselves at the buffet table or winery staff is available to help. One meal type per party. Disposable table service is included. Minimum of 20.
$20 per person, order in 10-person increments

  • The Cowboy – BBQ pulled-pork sliders, baked beans*, coleslaw*, chips, brownies
  • Tuscany – Fettuccine Alfredo, spaghetti marinara*, meatballs, salad, breadsticks
  • Summer Salads – Chicken salad, spinach & strawberry salad, pasta salad*, herb dip with bread
  • Comfort Food – Chicken & Noodles, green beans*, mashed potatoes*, corn muffins
  • Mile-High Sandwiches – Cold sliced meats, sliced cheeses, elaborate condiment selection, assorted breads, macaroni salad*, chips and cookies
  • Taco/Burrito Bar – Seasoned ground beef and spicy chicken, cheese, veggies, condiments, tortillas, taco shells, and chips

Guests with severe food allergies are encouraged to bring their own food. Items marked with an asterisk (*) are available in vegan version by request.
