Sample Party: Rehearsal Dinner
Friday evenings are a popular time slot for rehearsal dinners. The photos above are from the setting we call “Rustic Elegance.” It is our most formal setting featuring cloth table coverings, cloth napkins and glassware. This sample also features a Buffet Meal, “Open Bar” Service. The added Floral Decor consists of small arrangements throughout the seating tables and a larger focal piece usually on the food table. The sample is priced for up to 20 guests.

Sample Party: Bridal Shower
Sunday afternoons are the perfect time for bridal showers. It’s typically a family time of the week anyway and guests enjoy coming early-afternoon in their “church clothes.” This sample is pictured outdoors on the patio between the winery and the log cabin and utilizes sun canopies. In the case of bad weather, a “Meet & Mingle” setting can easily move indoors at a slight discount. This sample is priced for between 21 to 40 guests with cocktail tables creating extra spaces to mingle. Five Nibbler Trays are priced here in case the timing has guests expecting a light lunch. Other extras include a Guided Wine Tasting, Gift Table, Floral Decor, and Bottled Water

Sample Party: Anniversary
A custom-styled “Table for Two” creates a space for memories to be made. The winery is available anytime on Fridays and Sundays for this unique opportunity as our booking schedule permits. Our “Table for Two” setting has a cloth covering, cloth napkins, glassware and silverware. You may request a theme or color scheme. This sample features a table set in a “moon-phase” theme with an auxiliary table and chill bucket. Extras include a “Cellar Door” wine tasting, “Charcuterie For Two,” a special dessert and a floral bouquet prepped to go home.

Sample Party: Family Birthday
The winery is an especially popular choice for hosting 30th and 40th birthday parties! This sample features a “Cozy Campfire” setting which can be held anytime on Fridays or Sundays as our booking schedule permits. The party is planned for outdoors, of course, but can be moved indoors if weather dictates. The sample includes popular choices such as a “Sliced Cheese and Crackers” Nibbler Tray, a S’mores Kit, a Guided Wine Tasting, and Cupcakes. A pitcher of lemonade with ice and cups will be ready for the kids when they are done running wild! In these photos, customers have brought the potted flowers and the cupcake toppers, so cute!

The tasting room can be reserved for exclusive use anytime on Fridays or Sundays as our booking schedule permits. It’s a great chance to extend the day with co-workers or gather some college buddies. As a private party, this indoor “Meet & Mingle” setting would include auxiliary tables for any food choices. This sample features a “Fiesta Dip” and “Mediterranean Dips” Nibbler Trays. A Signature Beverage is created reminiscent of a college favorite and a few people order bottles to share. The total cost of the party can be paid by one person or split into several tickets.
